Join Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC), project partners, and community members to celebrate the start of construction on 1010 W. Jefferson Street Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility, a new mixed-use development in downtown Boise.
During the event, CCDC will officially unveil the project’s name and share updated details about the project, which will include a 446-stall public parking facility, five ground-floor commercial condominiums, and the future home of the Treasure Valley YMCA’s Kissler Family Early Education Center.
Located in the Westside Urban Renewal District, 1010 W. Jefferson Street Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility is designed to support redevelopment, expand public parking, and create space for neighborhood-serving businesses and community services. The project will also feature a public plaza, pedestrian connections, and a secure bicycle parking facility.
Following remarks and the ceremonial groundbreaking, attendees are invited to stay for coffee, specialty beverages, and pastries from Push & Pour while viewing project renderings and flyover footage showcasing the future development.
