New Path II Celebrates Grand Opening on September 30
Media invited to attend grand opening with Mayor McLean
BOISE — The City of Boise and The Pacific Companies invite members of the press to attend the New Path Community Housing II grand opening at 10 a.m., September 30.

New Path II is a new permanent supportive housing community in Boise that provides 95 homes for people exiting homelessness. Residents have access to on-site support services designed to promote stability,
health, self-sufficiency and independence.
New Path II was made possible through a partnership between The Pacific Companies (TPC) and the City of Boise, which provided $5.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to support the development of the homes.
This project builds on the success of the original New Path community. In 2017, the City of Boise and TPC partnered to develop the first phase, which provided 41 homes.
Boise Mayor Lauren McLean, City Council Member Jimmy Hallyburton, Caleb Roope of The Pacific Companies and representatives of IHFA will give a brief introduction of the project during the grand opening ceremony. There will be light refreshments and tours of the building.
