Boise State Athletics Unveils New LED Ribbon Boards at Albertsons Stadium
Latest stadium enhancement adds to the momentum of the North End Zone Project and delivers a more immersive home-field advantage for Bronco Nation
BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Athletics continues its transformation of Albertsons Stadium with the installation of more than 450 feet of state-of-the-art LED ribbon boards, adding another major enhancement designed to elevate the fan experience for one of the premier game day environments in college football. Fans will get their first look at the new technology during Banana Ball on July 31 and Aug. 1 before it takes center stage when the Broncos kick off the 2026 home season against Memphis on Sept. 12. The ribbon boards are a continuation of the partnership between Boise State Athletics and ANC, a worldwide leader of cutting-edge multimedia advertising solutions, services, and execution in the sports and entertainment space.
Randy and Lisa Hales provided the funding for the new and extended ribbon boards.
“Grateful for Bronco Nation and especially Randy and Lisa for continuing to invest into the Front Porch of Idaho,” said Jeramiah Dickey, Boise State Director of Athletics. “We have the best home-field advantage in the country, and the extended ribbon boards around Albertsons Stadium will feed into that! Along with the completion of the North End Zone Project, The Blue will be an upgraded fan experience this season! Never finished, always What’s Next!”
The new ribbon boards stretch along the east fascia above the lower bowl and across the north end zone in front of the new premium field suites, bringing dynamic visuals, real-time game information and interactive entertainment to every corner of the stadium. The west fascia ribbon boards have also been extended to mirror the new east ribbon boards.

The installation builds on the momentum of the transformational North End Zone Project, representing the department’s continued investment in enhancing Albertsons Stadium for fans, student-athletes and partners as the Broncos prepare to usher in a new era in the Pac-12.
The LED ribbon boards will showcase enhanced game presentation elements throughout each event, including live statistics, scoring updates, crowd prompts, student-athlete features, celebratory graphics and interactive content designed to keep fans engaged from pregame festivities through the final whistle.
The new displays also expand opportunities for partners to connect with Bronco Nation through premium in-game branding and storytelling while complementing the new premium seating experiences introduced with the North End Zone Project.
