Finding a spot to park your bike or scooter, or charge your e-bike, just got a lot easier on the Boise State campus.
Boise State University unveiled its new Hemingway Mobility Hub, located near the Hemingway Building on campus, between the intramural fields and the Student Union Building. The new hub gives students, faculty, and staff a place to charge and securely park bikes, e-bikes, and scooters, according to the university.
The Mobility Hub includes three covered shelters, 24 charging outlets, and parking for bikes and other personal mobility devices.
This new hub was made possible through Boise State’s Office of Sustainability, with funding provided through the university’s Coca-Cola partnership.
This is just one of a handful of projects completed at BSU in October, including Morrison Center restroom upgrades, the ESI Construction Management Building, and Boise River Greenbelt improvements.
