Comprehensive Plans are a critical planning tool that shapes how Nampa grows, develops and preserves what matters most. From land use and housing to transportation and parks, the Comprehensive Plan will serve as a roadmap for city leaders, developers, and residents to ensure a vibrant, resilient and inclusive future. Because it’s so important, this is a three-year process.
Last year, Nampa’s Planning & Zoning staff began the process by spending hundreds of hours through the summer and fall meeting with YOU – our community – at events, in public spaces, and in classrooms to discuss what you wanted Nampa to be 25 years from now.
We took that feedback to several focus groups and steering committee meetings and developed a series of objectives and strategies to implement your vision for the future.
Now it’s your turn to make sure we’re on the right track.
