Idaho State Police are investigating a car crash that killed a man crossing the street in Parma.
Police say the crash happened just after 7 p.m. Wednesday night.
The car was heading northbound on US95 through the 9th street intersection when it struck 72-year-old Lawrence Handel, who was crossing the street.
KBOI-2-TV reports, Handel succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash.
The northbound lanes were blocked for approximately 2 hours. The crash is still under investigation.
