I Can’t Drive 70!

I might be off a few years on the benchmark age, but I do believe seniors should go through a few more tests starting every year at age 70 to get a drivers license. Most of them go to the doctor every year for a physical. Just have the doctor have them take a reaction, vision, depth and hearing test. If the driver passes, have the doctor sign. This does not make the doctor liable for future actions, just that the driver has been tested and passed. Lower the fees for senior drivers licenses so it isn't such a financial hit every year.
