March Distractions

Spring is here. Its supposed to get warmer, stay light longer, and of course, there are brackets. An outplacement firm estimated that this year’s tourney will cost U.S. businesses more than $130 million in lost productivity. All for what? "Get back to work!" usually comes from a boss, manager or owner. If you don't work in the sports field and you're dedicating any of your "work time" to "check your brackets", you're stealing from your employer, being less productive and weakening all of us.

But what about work place morale?

If you're asking this question, you better be in charge! If you're not, "get back to work".
