The Election Center recently awarded Ada County Elections with the Eagle Award for outstanding technology implementation through the Ballot Verifier, a first-of-its-kind, interactive data tool that launched earlier this year.
Ada County Elections was selected by the Program Development and Awards Committee for the Election Center out of more than four dozen submissions.
The Ballot Verifier allows the public to view ballot images and Cast Vote Records, simultaneously for all elections from 2022 forward, including the most recent May 2024 Primary Election.
It allows voters to verify that ballots are being tabulated correctly.
