19 Idahoans died from COVID-19 Tuesday

Health officials say an additional 19 people have died from coronavirus as the Gem State has surpassed 322,000 cases.

On Tuesday, the state’s coronavirus website reported 1,722 new cases. There have been a total of 322,524 cases since the pandemic began along with 4,188 deaths.

There are now a little over 894,000 people who are fully vaccinated in the state and well over 328,000 have received a booster dose.

CBS2 reports that according to the state’s latest hospitalization figures, there are 186 people currently hospitalized who have suspected or confirmed COVID-19, along with 54 people in an intensive care unit.
