ExtraMile Arena returns to full capacity for Boise State basketball games

Folks attending a Boise State men’s or women’s basketball game at ExtraMile Arena can expect more fans in the seats.

The university on Thursday said the arena is returning to full capacity — regardless of vaccination status, though facial coverings will be required at all times unless a person is eating or drinking.

BSU says the arena will also be setting up a few socially-distanced seating options in a few sections. Also, the university says it’s introducing adult beverages for the games along with a drink responsible campaign in the arena.

CBS2 reports ExtraMile Arena’s courtside seating capacity will be reduced by four total seats, and spectators entering through Entrances 2 and 3 and sitting in sections 3 through 10 will not be able to access their seats from the floor level. Fans will need to use the stairwells inside the Lobbies to access all seating areas and those with mobility concerns or accessible needs will need to use Entrance 2 for elevator access.
