Over the course of two days, the Caldwell Police Department participated in a joint operation with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children task force and the Department of Homeland Security to conduct a sting in the Treasure Valley.
The two day investigation resulted in the arrests of 5 different men for various crimes, including state and federal charges of felony child enticement.
Jose Cadenas Jr, Daniel Banning, Brian Harris, Crispin Rodriguez and Juan Campos were all arrested and charged with various crimes related to child enticement thru the Internet.
Cadenas, Banning and Rodriguez are being held in the Canyon County Jail on state charges while Campos and Harris were taken into custody on Federal charges.
