The new COVID numbers released on Sunday were not as bad as the past few days.
Health officials say there were 397 new cases on Sunday. On Saturday the new cases recorded hit 500.
The number of people hospitalized with COVID has also risen. On the 1st of June – the number of people hospitalized was just 25, but that number was 75 on July 1st – and toped 106 on July 7th.
Officials say 102 people have died who had the virus.
