Lori Vallow Daybell will ask a judge again today to lower her bail

 

Lori Vallow Daybell will go before a judge later this afternoon and ask to have her $5 million bail lowered.

An attorney for Daybell, requested a hearing to discuss lowering of bail – stating his client is not a flight risk and bail is excessive.

The mother of “JJ” Vallow and Tylee Ryan, who have been missing from Idaho since September, is in jail on two felony counts of child abandonment as well as multiple other charges.

Daybell had her initial court appearance Friday where her attorney asked for bail to be lowered from 5 million dollars to just $10,000. The request was denied.

East Idaho News reports, Daybell’s also has a court hearing this coming Monday, March 2nd, as she is fighting extradition to Idaho.
