Should anyone be forced to do something they'd consider harmful? No.
Should non-emergency medical treatment be delayed or denied to a patient based upon the caregivers religious beliefs? No.
Should that professional face scrutiny regarding their decision to deny or delay treatment? Yes.
There are few people who possess medical knowledge and training. Health is an issue. Treating an illness, pulled muscle, mental disorder are things these people agreed to do!
If someone needed help, would you withhold help until you deemed them worthy? If you started help, would you stop help if you found out their lifestyle was "sinful" to you?
