A battle has ensued between a Caldwell resident and his homeowners association.
What started out as a dispute over trash cans with the HOA, ended with a Caldwell man displaying Nazi flags in front of his home.
CBH is a building company, acting as the homeowners’ association for Pennsylvania Park until all the homes there are built.
CBS 2 News reports, a local resident, is at odds with the company after they told him he couldn’t keep his trash cans on his driveway.
The resident also says CBH let his trees die and have not made necessary repairs to his home.
CBH said they don’t support his actions and have been in touch with the property management company who is working to rectify the situation.
