A Middleton teen has been accused of possessing child pornography.
Colton Turner, of Middleton, who is just 18, was arrested last week after authorities received three cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and searched his home.
Investigators tied Turner’s phone to an IP address that was accessing child pornography.
CBS 2 News reports, along with thousands of photos, a video was found, which appears to have been taken on Turner’s phone with a young girl under 8-years-old.
During the search of Turner’s home, a black bag was found under his bed. Investigators found several items inside the bag including a thick black rope, a roll of black tape, handcuffs, and a pink bandanna.
