A man with felony drug warrants is on the loose after a hit and run on Eagle Road Tuesday.
The driver of a white pickup truck was involved in a crash with an SUV at the intersection of Eagle Road and Island Woods Drive.
CBS 2 News reports, the driver hopped out of the truck and ran into a neighborhood close to the accident at about 3 p.m.
Police used a K9 to track the suspect, Dallon Wheeler, to a spot near the crash but lost the scent at the Boise River.
Wheeler has active arrest warrants for felony drug charges out of Canyon County.
