Milling, paving projects to impact traffic on Ada County roadways

Ada County- Two Ada County Highway District milling, and paving projects are expected to have significant impact on roadways this week. Motorists can expect delays on the following segments of roadway and should plan alternate routes of travel whenever possible.

Crews are repaving Fairview, Cloverdale to Locust Grove. The 24 hours lane restrictions will have a significant impact on traffic especially during the morning and afternoon commutes. The following lane closures are expected to last from now through Wednesday, September 11th:
A westbound lane on Fairview
A southbound lane on Cloverdale

Milling and paving has begun on portions of Main and Idaho streets. The schedule is as follows:
Main Street, 16th Street to 13th Street will be milled and paved on 9/09-9/13
Main Street, 10th Street to 8th Street will be milled and paved on 9/16-9/20
Main Street, 4th Street to 3rd Street is tentative, and may be done in early October
Main Street and Idaho Street from 8th Street to 5th Street will be done as night work on 9/29-10/04
