Boise Pride will light the Capitol after fund raising goal met

 

Boise Pride announced that Hotbox Farms, an Oregon-based cannabis dispensary, is assisting the group’s financial campaign to light the Capitol for Pride Month.

According to Boise Pride, Hotbox Farms agrees to donate up to $8,000 in matching contributions to the campaign on GoFundMe.

The group’s GoFundMe page confirms that the goal has been reached and that the lighting will take place.

CBS 2 News reports, Boise Pride said they also plan to use this funding to support the fireworks display on Friday, June 14th.

The GoFundMe page also states that Albertsons assisted in meeting the fundraising goal.
