The alleged victim who claims Fruitland High Principal Mike Fitch sexually harassed and assaulted her has filed a tort claim against the Fruitland School District.
Last month, Fitch was charged with three misdemeanors — two counts of sexual battery and one count of patronizing a prostitute.
CBS 2 News reports, in court documents, the victim says Fitch sent her videos of him masturbating, pictures of his penis and propositioned her for money in exchange for sex.
She was able to share the photos and videos from her email account to Idaho State Police detectives.
