A 26-year-old Boise man has been arrested after police say he attempted to entice a minor through text messages.
Boise Police identified the man as Kenneth Fuller.
Police say he tried to entice the minor to have ‘inappropriate physical contact with him’ in text messages.
CBS 2 news reports, the victim was previously known to Fuller.
Upon investigation, members of the Boise Police Special Victims Unit discovered enough probable cause evidence to arrest Fuller and he was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon.
Fuller has been charged with felony child enticing through the internet and misdemeanor failure to appear.
