Friday night Boise Police responded to a report of a stabbing on the 500 block of S. Americana Blvd.
Officers arrived and found an adult male victim with multiple stab wounds. Ada County Paramedics rushed the victim to a local hospital.
After further investigation officers learned the victim and another man were in a physical altercation prior to the stabbing. The suspect was identified as Michael Rucker of Nampa.
Rucker was found Saturday evening around 6:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Americana and was taken into custody without incident. Rucker was was booked on the charge on Aggravated Battery. Other charges are pending.
