A man has been arrested after police say he tampered with evidence where a woman was found unresponsive inside a vehicle in Boise Wednesday.
Wednesday morning police were dispatched to the area of Annett Street and Cherry Court. The woman was found deceased when emergency personnel arrived on scene.
CBS 2 News reports, there is no indication of foul play at this time.
Police arrested Tyler Bergin of Boise for felony evidence- destruction, alteration or concealment.
The Ada County Coroner’s Office has not determined the cause of death pending toxicology results, and her identity has not been released pending notification of family.
