Ada County Home Prices Are Up…Way Up

Boise (670 KBOI News) – Ada County home prices set a record in June…jumping 6.4% over the previous record prices set in May.

The Idaho Statesman is reporting the median price in Ada County last month was $324,647, up from $305,000 in May. In Canyon County, the median price in June was right at $225,000 which is up from $211,000 in May.

Overall, the combined value of all home sales in Ada County in June was $428.7 million dollars, up from $404.4 million in May.

The highest prices in Ada County were in Eagle, Northeast Boise and North Boise…the lowest in West Boise, the Bench, and Garden City.
