A woman who investigators believe was with Ramon Milanez when he fired at a Kuna police officer on Jan. 24th was arrested on a drug charge.
Stephanie Prieto was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver on Sunday and an added misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest after trying to walk away from the arrest.
The Idaho Statesman reports, Prieto also has a pending charge of resisting arrest in connection with the late January shooting case in Kuna. She is believed to have been a passenger in Milanez car when he shot at Kuna police.
Milanez was shot multiple times by police and killed later that morning after he broke into a house and tried to escape in a stolen car.
