Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl is due back in court today for a pretrial hearing.
The hearing will involve classified documents requested by Bergdahl’s lawyers who have also requested a 90-day extension to review those documents.
In a hearing last month, the judge granted a request for a second psychiatrist to help lawyers representing Bergdahl, who was diagnosed with schizotypal personality disorder at the time he walked off post.
Bergdahl is charged with desertion and misbehavior before the enemy and could face life imprisonment if convicted.
